Next, depending on the selected wholesale buyer service, we create a curated supplier match. This may include selected Italian artisans and manufacturers, product sheets, company references and relevant information to help you understand each supplier before the meeting. Meetings can be digital or in person in Italy, based on buyer needs, supplier availability and the nature of the sourcing project. Any travel, accommodation, logistics, samples, production costs or additional coordination activities are not included unless agreed separately.
VIAMADEINITALY facilitates the sourcing process and helps buyers reach more relevant supplier conversations, but the final commercial conditions are agreed directly between the buyer and the supplier. Final prices, minimum order quantities, production terms, lead times, payment conditions, delivery terms and contractual agreements remain the responsibility of the parties involved.
For services that include ongoing support, such as the Premium Partnership Service, assistance applies to the agreed sourcing project and within the included support hours. Additional sourcing, production coordination or relationship management activities can be quoted separately if required.
