We curate fashion and accessory collections from certified Italian suppliers. While we strive for accuracy, images and colors may vary by display/device; availability, specifications, and pricing may change without notice. Contractual terms for purchasing (prices, taxes, payment methods, technical steps to conclude the contract, order archiving, and means to identify/correct input errors) are set out in the Terms of Service.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ItalyNext Srl is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of (or inability to use) the Site, including interruptions, bugs, viruses, or inaccuracies, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
